Who We are
We are a non-denominational Christian ministry made up of men and women from a variety of Christian backgrounds, each with a love of Jesus Christ and desire to be in His presence in prayer. We began as a group that wanted to hear His voice and share His messages with others, knowing that His Words change hearts and lives. Thus, the work of The Servant Messengers: To pray for petitioners, hear the Lord's messages, and to deliver the messages to the petitioner.
The Name The name, The Servant Messengers, comes from prayer that sought God's name for us. We are servants first and foremost, serving God by hearing and obeying His voice. Secondly, we serve the Body of Christ through our prayer ministry, taking petitions to our loving God and relaying His messages to all His children. The Purpose of The Servant Messengers To serve God and the Body of Christ by praying for the needs of others, praying in our community and providing spiritual educational opportunities. Our Mission: To train, strengthen and mobilize intercessors for serving as prayer messengers to the Body of Christ.
Our Vision: To establish an intercessory prayer training center "for the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the Body of Christ." Ephesians 4:12 The Work of The Servant Messengers We use prophetic intercession for petitioners' personal requests and regular intercession for prayer requests for others. Each request is prayed for on a daily basis for one month.
