Praying For Life, for the end of Abortion

10/3/2020

Praying For Life, for the end of Abortion from: https://luke181.com/prayer_tips.php
  1. Spend the first minute simply worshiping and adoring the Lord Jesus who it THE Life! Try not to make any requests at this time. Just spend a minute telling Him how incredibly awesome He is! Check out these Psalms for help with this if you need it or want it. Psalm 48, 63, 65, 84, 89, and 92. There are many MANY more, but these should take you well into a minute of praise and worship!
  2. Spend another minute thanking God for the gift of life. Use this short time to recognize what an awesome blessing it is just to be alive, and let that enhance your prayer for those yet unborn to have the chance to experience how great life can be.
  3. Pray for the woman in your community who at this very moment is considering an abortion.  Consider her emotions  (fear, anxiety, maybe even contempt or indifference) and pray that the Holy Spirit would minister to her, teaching her to recognize, respect, and love the “personhood” of her unborn child.  Pray that God would grant her the courage she needs to carry and deliver him/her.  If you know someone personally, please mention her to our Lord by name!  This one is in bold because I would like this to be the one request that we ALL pray for! No matter which “method” of prayer that you use, please pray this one request!
  4. Pray that the families, friends, churches of those who choose to carry their babies would support their decision to let the child live. Especially pray for the father's of these babies, that they will love and support their child.
  5. Pray that adoption agencies would be successful in finding loving families for babies that are placed in their care.  (This is a very Pro-Life issue! We don’t just want to see the babies born, we want to see them loved and nurtured as well!)
  6. Pray for “inner conversion” of those who perform abortions in your community and those who assist them.  If you know names of specific people or places that offer elective abortions, please mention them by name!
  7. Pray for all those in the community who support, urge, and rally for abortion – especially for those profess faith in Christ.  Pray that the Holy Spirit would move them in such a way,, that they would realize the great detriment of the “culture of death” that they are promoting.
  8. Pray for all those fighting abortion at level in society.  Pray for God to protect them against all evil, and grant them strength and courage to “keep it up!”.
  9. Pray for all Pro-Life ministries that you can think of that God would supply all their needs and inspire them with ideas of how be the most effective in the fight against abortion. Again, if know any by name, mention them specifically!
  10. Pray for those in positions of civil authority that they would heed the voice of their Pro-Life constituents as well as for them to be personally involved in the movement!
  11. Pray that those men and women in authority would actively present and pass laws that respect all human life from conception to natural death.
  12. Pray that the right of conscience would always be protected for all medical personnel.
  13. Pray for those in your community who have had abortions.  Pray that God would heal their wounds and give them grace and courage to testify to the destructive nature of abortion.
  14. Pray for your local community of Christians that we would all keep open doors and hearts to those who have had abortions.  Pray that our local churches would be beacons of hope and healing to those who regret their decision to abort their child.
  15. Pray for society that we will come to an understanding of God’s design for life, especially the family unit and uphold His law above our own desires.  Pray that all marriages would be open to life.
  16. Pray for the leaders of our churches that they would receive inspiration and strength from God to remain steadfast in their convictions against the murder of innocent unborn children.
  17. Pray again for the Christian community that we would all be obedient to our spiritual leaders as they guide us in the battle for a “culture of life”.
  18. Spend at least one full minute repenting on behalf our nation who has allowed this legalized murder for so long.  Even though you may not have been actively involved, there is great power and merit in begging mercy for others!
  19. Pray for another minute thanking the Lord again for hearing the needs that you have offered to him in prayer.   Ask him for strength to be a voice in any way possible for the “Gospel of Life”.
  20. Spend the final minute of prayer in silence listening for God to inspire you as to what ways you should be involved with the local Pro-Life movement.

Praying for States to Defund Abortion

8/19/2020

Please go to https://frc.org/prolifemaps for the full article from Family Research Council!
  • Texas is the only state to have defunded (or attempted to defund) abortions and abortion providers in Medicaid, Title X and state appropriations, and to have been granted a Section 1115 waiver from the Trump Administration to divert federal Medicaid funds away from abortion providers.
  • Six additional states have good laws that defund abortion providers in the three principle funding streams: Arkansas, Arizona, Florida, Indiana, Louisiana, and Mississippi.
  • Sixteen states have only partial defunding laws (not addressing all three principle funding streams) and/or temporary defunding policies (executive orders, state budgets, etc.): Alabama, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Utah, and Wisconsin.
  • Another 14 states have not taken any action to defund abortion providers: Alaska, Colorado, Delaware, Georgia, Minnesota, Montana, Nevada, North Dakota, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Virginia, West Virginia, Wyoming. (States that merely enacted a "state Hyde Amendment," duplicating federal protections in Medicaid, are not credited on this map with having taken a significant step in defunding abortion providers.)
  • Thirteen states have taken steps to directly fund abortions and abortion providers with taxpayer dollars: California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Mexico, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Vermont, and Washington.

Need Your Prayers- Why are VA taxpayers funding abortions?

7/21/2020

Victoria Cobb, President
Tuesday, July 21, 2020
Today, the Founding Freedoms Law Center (FFLC) - the new legal arm of The Family Foundation - argued the lawsuit we filed in Richmond Circuit Court to obtain government documents that would reveal why Virginia taxpayers are paying for abortions – and in greater numbers every year. We believe the hearing, which was argued by FFLC’s Chief Counsel Jim Davids against a representative of the Attorney General, went very well! (Click on the video below to hear our take.)

But now we need your prayers for Judge Snukals as he makes his decision in the coming days! We believe in the power of prayer, and we can already sense the impact of all the prayers offered up so far.
This is a critically important case for the cause of unborn life, for the conscience rights of taxpayers who are forced to foot the bill to destroy unborn life, and for basic government accountability.
In this case, we are simply asking the state Department of Health to provide what should be public documents, which state the reasons why the Department approved requests for funding of certain abortions. Under Virginia law, the Department of Health “shall fund abortions” for lower-income women if a Department physician certifies “that he believes the fetus will be born with a gross and totally incapacitating physical deformity or with a gross and totally incapacitating mental deficiency.”
We need to know: How is that phrase being interpreted and applied by health officials and staff of the notoriously pro-abortion McAuliffe and Northam administrations? How broadly is this standard being construed? Does it include, say, children with Down Syndrome? A child missing a limb? What is considered a “mental deficiency? Etc., etc.
This question has become all the more important since we’ve noticed that the number of approved taxpayer-funded abortions continues to increase each year, while the number of applications denied decreases. At a minimum, we need to know exactly why this is happening, to make sure the Department isn't abusing its authority to fund more abortions.
So, after the Health Department refused to accommodate our Freedom of Information request for a basic application and approval form for government funding – which we heavily redacted in order to ensure that zero personal information was involved either for the woman or any physicians – we had no options left but to sue the state to force their compliance.
Now that the case has been briefed and argued, all that is left to do is to pray for God’s favor. We should get a written decision soon, and we will let you know when we do. Thank you for your continued prayers and support as we take our fight to the courts.

TSM’s Prayer FOR LIFE June 2020

7/20/2020

“Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them,
for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these."

Matt 19:14
1. Prayer for All People to have God’s Perspective on Life

“For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well. My frame was not hidden from you when I was made in the secret place when I was woven together in the depths of the earth.  Your eyes saw my unformed body; all the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be.”  Psalm 139: 13-16
Let us pray that all mankind will acknowledge that God has made us, we have not made ourselves! Father in heaven, we thank You that we are “fearfully and wonderfully made”!  That Your eyes were on us before we were formed and that You cared enough to plan our days before they began.  We thank You that you are bigger and greater than we can imagine.  Thank you that Your love is immeasurable to towards.  We are grateful and honor Your name.
2. Prayer for Our Judges and Pastors

“Thus says the LORD, your Redeemer who formed you from the womb: "I am the LORD, who has made all things, who alone stretched out the heavens, who by Myself spread out the earth,” Isaiah 44:24

Lord you have placed our leaders in their positions to serve Your purposes.  We ask that our judges honor life from conception to natural death. In the upcoming court case in Louisiana, June Medical Services v Russo, we ask that this case uphold the need for abortion clinics to have their medical staff required to have admitting privileges at hospitals within 30 minutes of abortion clinics for patient safety.  We ask that Roe vs Wade be overturned, expediently, with court judges who will honor life and iron clad case presentation that will withstand any further assault for it’s reinstatement.

We pray for our pastors who support abortion.  Father we forgive them for they know not what they do.  We ask you to forgive them and to enlighten their hearts and minds to value life.

3. Prayer for Mothers and Fathers to Value Life

“Behold, children are a heritage from the Lord, the fruit of the womb a reward.”  Psalm 127: 3

Let us pray that fathers and mothers will see it as an honor to be able to procreate, to be a co-creator with God to people the earth! May the privilege of bringing children up be revered and a source of praise and thanksgiving.  That parents will know that the Lord is blessing them with the presence of children and trusting them with treasures.  Let us pray for the unmarried who are expecting and who have children: strengthen these parents to fulfill their duties towards their children; show them the way to go to provide for and to be present to their children; let them take this responsibility seriously and embrace the sacrifices that are involved.  May they know that You are with them to see them through!

4. Prayer for Richmond Medical Center for Women – Blvd Clinic

“Rescue those being led away to death; hold back those staggering toward slaughter.”    Proverbs 24: 11

We pray for Dr. Fitzhugh’s Richmond Medical Center for Women on Arthur Ashe Blvd.  We repent for the deaths that have occurred at this clinic and we know the blood cries out to You!  We ask Your forgiveness and to help us prevent any other lives from being taken at this location and around our state.  We ask You, Lord to send Your Spirit of truth to convict abortionist Dr. Fitzhugh of the value of life; that he will become an advocate for life. We speak LIFE over this clinic, in Jesus’ name.

5.  Prayer for Teachers of Sexual Behavior

“Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the marriage bed be undefiled, for God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterous” Hebrews 13:4

We repent for tolerating and teaching sexual impurity and perversion.  We ask Your forgiveness and for Your help to teach Your ways.  Raise up the church and teachers who are bold and will teach sexual purity and the value of sex in the context of  marriage.  We ask You to show us how to love the sinner and not the sin, to offer hope to those caught in sexual perversions and addictions.

6. Prayer for an End to Euthanasia

“No man has authority to restrain the wind with the wind, or authority over the day of death; and there is no discharge in the time of war, and evil will not deliver those who practice it.”
Ecclesiastes 8:8

Father we repent that our country has 8 states that allow people to medically terminate their lives!  Forgive us for devaluing life and for playing “god”.  We ask you to stay this practice; let it be withdrawn in those 8 states (and Washington D.C.) and do not let it proceed any further!  Help us to grow in compassion for those who are suffering and to learn the value of suffering, for Jesus suffered on the cross for us!

“Again, truly I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything they ask for, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven.”
Matthew 18:19

What Just Happened in Supreme Court Case of June Medical Services, LLC v russo

7/1/2020

Victoria Cobb, President of the Family Foundation
Monday, June 29, 2020
Today, the U.S. Supreme Court gave another win to the abortion industry through its opinion in June Medical Services L.L.C. v Russo, which overturned a commonsense Louisiana state law requiring physicians who perform abortions to hold admitting privileges at a nearby hospital to ensure a continuity of care. On one hand, it’s good to keep in mind that this ruling is narrow in scope and does not equate to a decision on the overall "right" to abortion (wrongly created in Roe v. Wade). On the other, it is still a dismaying decision, reminding the nation that the time has come to upend the fundamental injustice of treating the unborn as non-persons under the law.
However, far more troubling than even the opinion’s immediate result is that the Supreme Court tragically failed to correct its disastrous litmus test for reviewing whether health and safety standards for abortion clinics are constitutional. This litmus test was created just four years ago in Whole Woman's Health v. Hellerstedt by a bare 5-4 majority (before Justices Gorsuch or Kavanaugh were appointed). Perhaps most disappointing was that Chief Justice Roberts joined a 5-4 majority today to strike down a commonsense public safety law opposed by the abortion industry.  Justice Roberts justified his vote by saying he was supporting the precedent set in Whole Woman’s Health—even though he had originally dissented with that opinion when it was written just four years ago!
By that logic, the Supreme Court can never reverse a previous decision regardless of how egregious it might be. If this is the logic the Chief Justice is going to apply, there is no point to supporting new appointments to the Supreme Court because all new Justices will be handcuffed by what previous Courts have said! Yet both history and commonsense show how wrong that is.
Unfortunately, today’s decision continues to place the health and safety of women in jeopardy by allowing rogue, profit-oriented abortionists to run the industry, rather than community doctors. A billion-dollar industry should be held accountable for ensuring women’s safety. With this opinion, the Court implies that the slightest, most remote, and even purely hypothetical inconvenience or expense to the abortion industry is enough to trigger an "undue burden" supposedly for the women who would seek out an abortion. In no other place in constitutional law do such special rights exist, which clearly do nothing for the safety of patients, but only ensure less accountability for the billion-dollar industry of death.
It also furthers the chipping away of our representative process by which laws affecting health and safety are made by elected officials, who are responsive and accountable to the people. In doing so, the Court continues to make the judicial branch, rather than the state legislatures, the ultimate arbiter of questions involving public health.
Ultimately, this case doesn’t guarantee any particular results when abortion laws are challenged. However, it does make common sense restrictions and safety measures for abortions more likely to be challenged in court and more vulnerable to judicial activism. And it means that, at least for now, we’re stuck with the mess the Court created in Hellerstedt as we continue to fight for the health, safety and lives of mothers and their unborn children.
But rest assured, the fight continues.

FEbruary Prayer For life

2/14/2020

By Kathleen McCardel

PRAYER AGENDA:  February 2020
PRAYER REQUESTS: If you have a prayer request, please text me at any time, day or night, and I will call or text.  Please text first:  Kathleen McCardel 804-484-0195

Ephesians 6:12
For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in heavenly realms.

VA LEGISLATURE:  HB 980; SB733
Today, January 29, 2020, the lieutenant governor broke the tie to pass SB 733.  Pro- abortion Democrats have stripped a bill that was designed to give women the information they need to make an informed decision regarding abortion: the types of abortions and risks , including a 24-hour waiting period and access to an ultrasound.  In September, 2019, Judge Henry upheld the requirements and stated none of these requirements were burdensome. His ruling no longer stands.

Proverbs 14:34
Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a reproach to any people.

PRAYER FOR OUR NATION
Heavenly Father, as churches we have not lived your Word as we should have. As a nation we have ignored your Word.  We are a sinful people. We have perverted your law and made good what you call evil. We are proud in our sin.  We come to you today and ask for forgiveness for our complacency, our compromising, and our conforming to this culture of death.  Forgive us.
We love you, Father. We ask that you bring Planned Parenthood to truly nurture parents by not taking the lives of future parents in the womb. We ask that they would see, along with our nation, that killing children is not an acceptable solution to a crisis pregnancy. You are God and you can make a way. Lift the veil of deception from our nations’ eyes. May your name be honored.  May Christ be exalted.  May the Gospel advance in our country.  In Jesus name.

I Timothy 2: 1-2
I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people- for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness

PRAYER FOR:   THE BORN-ALIVE ABORTION SURVIVORS PROTECTION ACT (H.R. 962)
Speaker Pelosi has stopped a vote on this bill 80 times.  This bill would require that appropriate medical care be given to any child who survived an attempted abortion and that the child be transported and admitted to a hospital.  Abortionists who violate these requirements would be subject to criminal penalties.
Remember Gov. Northam: “If a mother is in labor, I can tell you exactly what would happen. The infant would be delivered. The infant would be kept comfortable. The infant would be resuscitated if that’s what the mother and the doctor desired.  And a discussion would ensue between the physicians and the mother.”  (I have a list of names of babies that have survived)!
Pray that a bipartisan coalition of 218 members will sign a “discharge petition”, which would bypass the Speaker and force a vote.  Pray that the public would become informed and put pressure on legislators to vote for this bill.  Pray for our legislators to realize that any baby who survives a failed abortion should be given the same medical treatment as any baby born prematurely at the same age.

Philippians 2: 1-2
Therefore if you have any encouragement from being united with Christ, if any comfort from His love, if any common sharing in the Spirit, if any tenderness and compassion, then make my joy complete by being like-minded, having the same love, being one in spirit and of one mind.

PRAYER FOR PRO LIFE ADVOCATES:    40 Days For Life   Feb 26 – Apr 5   SPRING 2020
Father, help us neither to despair nor to retreat in the face of this evil.  Give us Holy Boldness, wisdom and perseverance.  Give us compassion and love as we advocate for the unborn- in our communities and among nations. . .. as we seek to care for those whose lives have been marked by abortions, whether victims or agents.  Only the Gospel can bring healing.  Only the Gospel can cause an abortionist to become a warrior for justice and mercy.  We petition you for Godly men and women to stand and pray as men and women enter these facilities.  We pray for safety for those standing up for life.  We pray for Godly men and women to come alongside families facing poverty and difficult decisions.  Give them Godly counsel to choose life.  May they walk with men and women in crisis pregnancies to support and encourage them throughout the pregnancy and beyond.  Raise up loving Godly families to adopt.

Isaiah 40:31
But those who wait on the Lord, shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like angels, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint

PRAYER FOR THE MARCH FOR LIFE       Richmond, VA FEBRUARY 13
This is an historic time in the pro- life movement.  Virginia had its first March  For Life in 2019 and over 6,500 people attended.  Pray for an outstanding rate of participation in DC.  Pray that those attending will be controlled and peaceful.  Help them to demonstrate compassion and wisdom. Pray for protection.  Pray that the media will allow honest coverage.  Pray that the weather conditions will be favorable.  Pray for the speakers to be Holy Spirit filled.  Pray for hearts to be softened, to hear the message, for lives to be changed.  Thank you Father for the  225,000 (estimated) people that walked for life in DC in January, 2020. We are grateful for all the churches and thousands of young people that attended.  Thank you for a president that stands for life. We beseech you to protect him, guide him, give him courage and wisdom.

ISAIAH 41:10
Fear not, I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God.  I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you; I will uphold you with My righteous hand.

PRAYER FOR THE CHURCH:
Pray for pastors to be strong in the face of pressure to preach what is popular instead of what is Holy Spirit imbued.  Pray for church leaders to be above reproach, not to yield to temptation, complacency, idols and worldliness.  Pray that its people would grow in being distinct from the world in love, holiness, unity, even as it engages with outsiders.  Pray for courage – as they speak for life.  Pray for protection. Pray for compassion and generosity for those who face a crisis pregnancy and may be alone.  Pray for compassion for those who have been affected by abortion. Pray for volunteers to be faithful in serving where God leads them in the struggle for life.  Pray that the church would be a light in the midst of darkness, sharing the Gospel.

Deuteronomy 30:19
Today I have given you the choice between life and death, between blessings and curses.  Now I call on heaven and earth to witness the choice you make. Oh, that you would choose life and your descendants might live!

PRAY FOR FATHERS
Pray for changed hearts, receptive to the Gospel.  Pray for the desire to put the mothers and child’s needs above their convenience and comfort.  Pray for a desire to protect and meet the needs of the children’s lives as he is able to, and trust God for the rest. Pray for courage and determination for life. Pray for a willingness to seek help and accept help from Christian agencies and communities.  Pray for healing of past hurts and regrets that may interfere with Godly parenting.  Pray for healing for fathers affected by abortion.  Pray for men of God to come alongside fathers to mentor and encourage them.

Psalm 103: 13
As a father has compassion on his children, so the Lord has compassion on those who fear Him.

PRAY FOR MOTHERS
Pray for changed hearts, receptive to the Gospel. Pray for the desire to put the babies’ needs above their convenience and comfort.  Pray for a desire to protect the child growing within her, the sanctity of life. Pray for those who are alone and afraid. Pray for mothers to be supported by people who love them and their baby. Pray for courage and wisdom to find the resources necessary to support them.  Pray for Christians to reach out in love and generosity.  Pray for someone to come alongside mothers to mentor and encourage them.

Matthew 18:14
In the same way your Father in heaven is not willing that any of these little ones should perish.

For Life

JANUARY 2020
PRAYER FOR LIFE:  If you have a prayer request for our group, please let us know.  I can be reached at any time for prayer.  A text is best: Kathleen McCardel ( 804 484-0195)

PROVERBS 24: 10 - 12  If you faint in the day of adversity, your strength is small.  Rescue those who are taken away to death; hold back those who are stumbling to the slaughter.
If you say, “Behold we did not know this,” does not He who weighs the heart perceive it?  Does not He who keeps watch over your soul know it, and will He not repay man according to His work?

PRAYER FOR LIFE:
Lord Jesus, your promises give us hope, courage, and compassion to live as faithful advocates for all human life.  We long for the day when “death shall be no more.”  We lift our voices to you for the lives of the unborn children who are in danger. We plead on behalf of women and men in all situations who are facing poverty, loneliness, and despair… for those who believe ending the life of the unborn will allow the parent(s) to have a “better life.”  Help us to heed the call and walk with You daily, with love, compassion, and courage.

PRAYER FOR OUR GOVERNMENT
The upcoming election is a crucial one, particularly regarding the sanctity of life.  As we all know, abortion is part of the Democrats’ platform.  We are seeing more and more states permit abortion up until, and during delivery. New York has even passed a law forbidding churches, prolife organizations from NOT hiring “prochoice” people. We here in Virginia may be headed in the same direction this year. Pray the VA legislature will vote for life. Pray for legislators who are firmly for life: for courage, protection, and wisdom.  Pray for those firmly for abortion: for a change of heart, courage, and wisdom.
  1. Pray for God to raise up elected officials with a passion for truth, empowered by the zeal of the Lord
  2. Pray for Godly men and women who walk in the fear of the Lord
  3. Pray for the electoral process to be fair, impartial, and free from corruption
  4. Pray that the schemes of the enemy will be dismantled and destroyed
  5. Pray for leaders with a servant’s heart, a clear conscience, and a walk of integrity
  6. Pray for citizens to discern what is good and right in the Lords’ eyes.
  7. Pray that the Kingdom of God will be firmly established in righteous government
I Timothy 2: 1-2
I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people- for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness.

 PRAY FOR THE VA LEGISLATURE:
Pro abortion activists have launched a multi- million dollar battle to eliminate the common-sense, protective laws regarding abortion (VSHL)
  • Passing Delegate Tran’s Bill would remove every last protective restriction on abortion-until-birth
  • Passing the pro-abortion Equal Rights Amendment in VA which threatens all pro-life laws, in VA and the US. (“If I could choose an amendment to add to the Constitution, it would be the ERA – to keep abortion legal.” Ginsberg; 2014)
  • Mandating funding of abortion-on-demand through Medicaid
  • Eliminating the Partial-Birth-Abortion Ban
  • Wipe out the Parental Consent Law
  • Repealing Virginia’s Women’s Right-To-Know Law, including the sensible 24-hour waiting period and the ultrasound requirement.
  • Continuing their lawsuit to have all our reasonable pro- life laws ruled unconstitutional
  • Stopping passage of common-sense pro-life laws like the Pain Capable Unborn Child Protection Act, or the Dismemberment Abortion Act
These pro-abortion activists recently voted in,  believe Virginia can be the 38th and final state to pass the Era to amend the Constitution.

PRAYER FOR THE MARCH FOR LIFE  January 24, 2020 in DC:
This is an historic time in the pro- life movement.  Virginia had its first March For Life in 2019 and over 6,500 people attended.  Pray for an outstanding rate of participation in DC.  Pray that those attending will be controlled and peaceful.  Help them to demonstrate compassion and wisdom. Pray for protection.  Pray that the media will allow honest coverage.  Pray that the weather conditions will be favorable.  Pray for the speakers to be Holy Spirit filled.  Pray for hearts to be softened, to hear the message, for lives to be changed.
Ephesians 6:12
For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in heavenly realms.

PRAYER FOR PRO LIFE ADVOCATES:

Virginia Society for Human Life: The only single-issue statewide organization actively standing up at every stage in the General Assembly.  Olivia Gans Turner – President
Students For Life of America – 1,200 chapters in college/school campuses across America: Kristen Hawkins - President ;  Stephanie Schmitt-Stone -  Regional Director
Pregnancy Resource Center of Richmond ( 9/2019) :  Kim Southerland - Executive Director (Pray for ministry partners, community partners, board members, volunteers and staff; Pray for every word they speak to be used by God to save lives and proclaim the Gospel)
